Scope of application:

It is suitable for extrusion of PVC pipe, profile and sheet foaming products.

Composition and process:

A. The barrel is made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA forging material, after tempering hb290-320, and after finishing, Nitrex nitriding furnace is used for overall nitriding, with nitriding depth of 0.5-0.7mm, hardness of hv860-980 and metallographic structure of more than grade 2.

B. The barrel is made of 42CrMo material, hb290-320 is tempered, and hpt1 powder alloy sleeve is inlaid inside. Alloy thickness is greater than 7mm, hardness is HRC58-62, barrel shell can be recycled, and internal alloy sleeve can be replaced after wear.
